Located in Troy’s popular area of Big Beaver and I-75 is 801 – Huntington Bank’s headquarters former location. The building is surrounded by a large parking lot, and our goal for the client was to maximize the land by providing a parking garage, hotel, retail with the possibility of adding apartments in the future. The streetscape was important and thoroughly promoted throughout the urban design.
