We designed the site as an extension of the existing neighborhood by creating a tree-lined pedestrian street with ample green space and site amenities. By pulling the buildings apart, we created walkways that also allow for more windows and daylight into the units. The timeless exterior materials chosen were to reflect a modern interpretation of a traditional design with clean lines.
