This custom 6,000 square foot ranch style home was designed for a spectacular property along the Rouge River adjacent to the Cranbrook Campus.
The design team situated all major living spaces along the rear side of the home to take advantage of the stunning waterfront views and campus beyond. The natural topography allowed for a spacious walk-out lower level.
